Strategic Objectives

1. To facilitate the overall success of the three developers by providing the necessary support in utilities, infrastructure & services in all stages of the Al Reem Island development (pre-construction, construction and post construction).
2. To represent all three developers in relevant government & utility Authorities and facilitate the communication process.
3. To act as the Municipality of the island in a mutually acceptable format for all parties especially in building permits, design standards, codes, stamp duty and issue unit deeds.
4. To create business opportunities for all three developers in activities that complement their own activities.
5. To create a self sustained and profitable organization.
