Bunya is established by the master developers of Al Reem Island, Q Properties (Al Tamouh Investments, Reem Developers) and Aldar Properties and is the resident regulatory authority of Al Reem Island. Bunya is the developer of regional infrastructure, utilities and transportation on Al Reem Island. Our role is to facilitate the building of this world-class community by coordinating between all parties, both public and private, involved in the creation of this dream city.
